Outstanding customer service, coupled with great clothing. This store is a must for anyone looking for a nice sport coat, suit, or casual piece of clothing. I've been going here for years and will continue to anytime I'm in Pensacola.
Where to begin? I have been a customer for about 7 years and this place continues to be as good as it gets. This is a family owned business and the level of service and detail really shows that. They offer you a drink of your choice as you look around and try things on. They will bring you the sizes you need and mark what needs altered.
Big shout out to Davis and the whole team at Don Alans. I needed a great suit in a hurry, and they really hustled to help me out with an overnight special order and quick alterations. Thank you for awesome home-town service!
A very nice men’s store that we stopped in during our visit in town. I loved the selection and the custom alterations were not something you find these days. A unique and top notch experience. I will definitely be visiting again the next time we are in town.

A true 5-star experience all-around. Fitted, in and out in a matter of minutes. The clothing options presented were fine and the service extraordinary. The color options were also surprisingly pleasant!
What a fantastic clothing shop. We walked in, and immediately found tons of things we would buy. In fact, we did walk out with some super cool On Cloud shoes. The two owners, husband and wife, are awesome! Super friendly, and very helpful. I wish more clothing stores were like this. If you live in Pensacola, this store should be a regular stop for you. If you are visiting, stop in.
